Father's Day etc.

I know this is late in coming, but better late than...

This was actually a card I did for my husband and almost didn't complete because of the hecticity of my life.

This is a very true-to-life portrait. Yes, indeed, it is. =)

Here is a project I did for church...

This one I was actually having a super hard time doing because of recovery pains, and my husband likes to tease me about my style (the kids with the big heads), but whatever =). The primary wanted a poster to go with their theme for the year. I think I forgot to post the first poster I did. It didn't seem appropraite at the time. Maybe I'll change my mind and put it up later.

And this last one is just a poster I made for my Parents who are coming home from the DRC (Democratice Republic of Congo, Africa) after being there for two years serving as Mission President for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Can't wait to see them again!

I guess I could have actually tried to take a decent picture, but I wasn't planning on posting it here. Oh well.

Tada. So, apart from trying to recover and pack up and move all at once, this is what I've been up to. Yes, I'm a glutton for punishment.

Stay tuned. I have mural planning underway. I'm so excited for this next project! I cant' wait until I'm not renting anymore so I can paint my own walls. Then I can get really crazy =). For now, however, I get to paint someone elses'. Yeah!

wow! I love love love love the style of that poster. So creative with so many different layers. I just love it. Sorry things have been so crazy for you lately. Hopefully they calm down soon :)

Love the way you drew the cars on the fathers day one. My favorite is the one with the two kids, very well done. The sign of course you make the best ones.

This is so weird. It seems every time I find an artist online I like, it turns out they are LDS (as am I).

Lovely work. :)
